Glyconda. Based on an old Italian recipe, this mixture contains turkey rhubarb root, cinnamon and goldenseal. Dissolve 10 to 20 drops in two ounces of warm tea or water, and sip before a meal. This helps to sooth a minor upset and aids in the digestion of the meal.
